La Casita in DC

SU in DC and La Casita Cultural Center hosted an exclusive afternoon at the Smithsonian's National Postal Museum. Guests were treated to a guided tour of the museum’s Baseball: America’s Home Run exhibit hosted by Daniel Piazza G’04, Chief Curator of Philately, Smithsonian National Postal Museum. Following the tour was an intimate conversation between Piazza and Tere Paniagua, Executive Director, Office of Cultural Engagement for the Hispanic Community (OCE) at Syracuse University, about the curation of the exhibit and the impact of La Casita in the Syracuse community.
